3.4 Account Closure Request

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must place a total of ৳24,000 (1,200 × 20) in bets before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own validity period and terms.
• Bonuses are claimable once only — the same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the equivalent real funds become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.

5.4 VIP Program

jita33 has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze level offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver level up to 0.5%, and the Gold level up to 0.8%. You can advance to higher levels by staying regularly active and placing more bets.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set separately for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly stated on the game page.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

jita33 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following situations:

• Incorrect odds or results due to a technical error or system failure
• If an event or game is cancelled
• If clearly incorrect odds are displayed
• If evidence of fraud or manipulation is found

6.3 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Once a game is completed, the result is considered final unless a technical error is proven.
